FAQs

Where is my order?
All of our orders are shipped within 3-5 working days. If you’re worried about where your order might be, you can always slide into our DMs or email hello@btny.co.za and we’ll sort out whatever query you may have.

What if I have two different addresses I want to ship to?
If you’re the generous kind and you’re getting yourself a plant as well as a friend, then you’re going to have to place a separate order for the alternate address.

Is there same day delivery?
Not right now, but soon.

What if I want a lot more than a few plants?
If you’re interested in purchasing plants in bulk for an event or special occasion, then get in touch with us at hello@btny.co.za. We’d love to help.

Free delivery on orders of R400 or more, R50 delivery fee if order is below R400. Delivery within 3-5 working days from order.

We currently deliver to the following suburbs in and around Cape Town:

Atlantic Seaboard: Bakoven, Bantry Bay, Camps Bay, Clifton, Fresnaye, Green Point, Mouille Point, Sea Point, Three Anchor Bay.

City Bowl:
Bo-Kaap, City Bowl, De Waterkant, Gardens, Observatory, Oranjezicht, Tamboerskloof, Vredehoek, Waterfront, Woodstock.

Southern suburbs:
Bishopscourt, Claremont, Constantia, Kenilworth, Mowbray, Newlands, Pinelands, Plumstead, Rondebosch, Rosebank, Salt River, Observatory, Wynberg.

We want you to revel in the excitement of getting a new green friend, so if anything is wrong with your order we'll gladly replace it. All you have to do is send us a photo of what's gone wrong to help@btny.co.za within 24hrs of receiving your order and we'll get you a replacement ASAP.

We currently use the trusted instant EFT payment portal, i-Pay.

When making use of the i-Pay service, the communication between you and your bank occurs as it normally would therefore the security of your bank’s internet banking is inherited.

  • i-Pay guarantees the highest levels of security when paying online
  • i-Pay has a Thawte EV SSL encryption certificate which gives our payment processing service an extremely high level of security
  • This ensures that all messages traveling between your browser and i-Pay are encrypted
  • i-Pay acts as a proxy between the buyer and the bank to facilitate a faster, safer and easier payment process for both the buyer and the seller
  • Your online banking login details are NOT stored by i-Pay.
